After 15 years in recruitment and HR, I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVs and have seen the job search unravel in 3 key areas; targeted job search, CV development and interview skills. I established Career Prospecting to provide professionals with job search confidence and clarity.
My goal is to extract the right level of detail and your relevant achievements to target the role you want. Together we focus on understanding the market and your strengths and achievements related to the targeted position, then demonstrate your value across your marketing and networking.
My Experience
With a background in corporate recruitment and HR career, spanning 3 countries, my experience is predominantly within the resources industry. In 2015 I established Career Prospecting to provide career counselling and coaching to professionals who want a complete job search solution.
